Granville D’Souza, DBA

Regional Director, Six Seconds South East Asia

A partner in enabling action for positive change through Emotional Intelligence.

Granville is the Managing Director of 6 Seconds SEA Pte Ltd which he set up in 2003. Prior to that, he started Peak Performers Consulting Group in 1999 which presently specialises in Neuro Linguistic Programming and various processes in therapy.

He is responsible for bringing 6 Seconds to Asia with a strong commitment to enabling others to cause positive change in themselves and others. Armed with knowledge and strategies to stir ideas into action through EI in 2000, he embarked on his mission to bring it down to Singapore and operate from here. He is presently planning for expansion around ASEAN.

Granville has been helping organisations to approach their strengths and weaknesses through coaching and facilitative workshops that delve into team and individual behaviour. He uses various mechanisms like DISC, Harrison Innerview, Enneagram, MBTI and Baron’s EQ-i to help participants understand innate behaviours and their personality traits. Such tools enable him to have a better hold on the factors that hinder performance so as to help influence and cause a positive shift towards reaching goals and aspirations. In addition, he actively uses EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to surface issues and help people cope with past incidents and challenges. His present programs are geared towards personal change and peak performance and include areas of Team Development, Communication & Behavioural Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching & Supervisory Leadership.

His programs have benefited a range of clients from MNCs, government agencies, local and regional corporations. FC Law

Country Director, Six Seconds Malaysia

FC has more than 20 years of extensive sales and marketing experience in creating business and implementing sales strategies to corporations of various sizes including large multinationals and local organizations.

During his early corporate career, he was awarded entry into the inaugural American Express Asia-Pacific-Australia President’s Club for sales excellence in the region. Then at the age of 33, he became the youngest Country Director of Travel & Corporate Services Group in American Express Malaysia being responsible for the company’s sales and services to large and global corporations. Later in American Express, FC was also tasked with the setting up of a Small & Medium Businesses Division to initiate penetration into this potentially lucrative customer segment. FC later moved into the position of Group General Manager of Group Marketing with Phileo Allied Group overseeing the entire brand and product advertising activities. His last corporate position was as Head of Marketing and Sales, Retail Banking in Phileo Allied Bank.

For over 15 years, FC has been active in the training, coaching and facilitation field in the various senior management positions he has held, even before he became a full time self employed professional sales trainer in year 2000. Anthony Dio Martin, SPsi, MBA, CPR

Country Director, Six Seconds Indonesia

Anthony Dio Martin is the Country Director of Six Seconds Indonesia. He is a speaker, author, trainer, personal coach and hypnotherapist. He wrote several books on Emotional Intelligence in Indonesian, “Emotional Quality Management” (2003), audiobook “Emotional Power” (2004, Gramedia Pustaka Utama), Smart Emotion Volume 1 & 2, “Management Intrapreneurship” (2006), “Toxic Employee” (2009), “Up Your Life & Success” (2010), “21 Powerful Sales Stories and Cartoon” (2010), “101.5 EQ Inspiration for Youth” (2011).

He hosts his weekly radio talk show “Smart Emotion Radiotalk” with one of the largest business community radio in Indonesia, SmartFM. Also, he hosts his own television program at Q-Channel, “Inspiration with Anthony Dio Martin” which is broadcast throughout the whole region in Indonesia.

Currently, Anthony Dio Martin is also the managing director of HR Excellency, a training provider based in Jakarta, Indonesia. His has a Psychology degree and Master in Business Administration majoring on Leadership from Vancouver, Canada. Besides being certified as an EQ Trainer with Six seconds, he is also an International Certified NLP Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Professional Assessor (CPR), Firewalking Instructor and EFT Level 2 Practitioner.

Dr Kazim Ali

Kazim Ali, young motivator and a public speaker has conducted youth sessions, public workshops, organizational development programs, employee development programs and teachers inspirational programs at various Corporate and education sectors at Karachi.

He’s been the youngest visiting faculty member at PIMSAT University. Throughout his career he served different clientsincluding Ministries, Corporate and education sector. At the threshold of his talent and experience he was nominated as a guest speaker in 2009 at SPELT and different big events. He worked as an entrepreneur leading training division at Evince Trainers & Consultants.

After Completing his D-Pharmacy and MBA, he spent most of his time researching for bringing quality in Organizational training, research and education sector. Eventually with his days and nights efforts brought revolutionary ideas in training, research and education industry with programs like. One of his milestone achievements is to make Pakistan training unit onboard with 6 Seconds International.
