The SEI Strengths Report (SR) is a quick and accurate snapshot to help you make the most of your emotional intelligence. The SR shows your top 3 EQ strengths and provides insight to make the most of your skills.

2. Full SEI with Debrief
In-depth assessment of your EQ competence with roadmap and guidance for development.
For a comprehensive assessment and detailed report of your competence in all eight areas of the Six Seconds EQ-in-Action model, you can take either the Development Report (for all audiences) or the Leadership Report (business focus). In either case, you'll get interpretation of your EQ scores plus suggestions for developing and applying your EQ skills.
To help you make the most of the assessment, you will have a 1:1 debrief by phone with one of our Certified Consultants -- this provides much greater insight and support to develop and effective action plan. As a "level B" assessment, the full SEI is only available with a debrief.

3. SEI 360 with Debrief
Comprehensive feedback showing how your EQ is affecting your results with others.
Where the SEI assesses competence, the SEI360 shows you how your competence is working in real life. You identify people in your work and personal life from whom you want feedback, and the system invites them to anonymously provide their perspective.
Then, you review this data with a Certified Consultant to make sense of the feedback and determine how to take action to get even better results in your relationships with others.
