SEI Certification

To use the SEI toolkit with others, certification training is required.  Certified Assessors learn to administer, interpret, and debrief the SEI. After certification, you will have access to the powerful “Tools Intranet” where you can create projects, deliver the assessments, manage client, and order credits to purchase the tool a significant discount.

SEI 1-1 (Virtual)	In depth, customized, scheduled 1:1 — virtual classroom + coaching + practice = powerful learningThis is scheduled to your convenience with you an your mentor-coach who will take you through a process to learn to use the SEI toolkit.  Option for Adult/Work focus, or Education/Youth focus.Download the brochure to the right and see the instructions for getting started today.
SEI Coach (In-person)	In-depth, experiential, in-person training —  ideal for those who coach, and those who want to really sink their teeth into use of the SEI and EQ in coaching.This course teaches you how to use the SEI as a coach, and provides new depth and insight into coaching (but it is not “how to be a coach”). SEI-E (Virtual or In-person)	The SEI EQ Assessment Certification: Educator/Community Focus is conducted in the virtual classroom, or in-person. Ideal for educators, counselors, and others who work with young people and educators, equipping you to use the powerful SEI-YV and the other tools in the SEI suite. Virtual: Six classes online over a 3-week period plus 1-1 coaching. In-person: 2-day course plus virtual followup.
